A: All you need to do to get an estimate from us is ask! You can contact us by phone or email, which can be found on the Contact Us page on this website. We can give you a rough estimate by phone, or come to your house or job site! And the best part is.....it's FREE!
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We gladly accept cash or checks. For your added convenience, you can now pay with a credit card through PayPal! Inquire for details!
Q: Where do I get material?
A: You have two options. First, you can go to home improvement stores like Lowe's or Home Depot or other flooring stores and buy the material yourself...we'll tell you how much to buy. Or, we can provide samples for you to choose from, and we can get the materials for you from our suppliers. We'll just add the cost of the materials into the total cost of the job.
Q: I want to purchase my own material. How much material do I need?
A: We will provide you with accurate measurements and tell you exactly how much to buy!
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes! In the unlikely event that damage to your property should occur while the job is being performed, we are fully insured! Additional information is available upon request.
Q: Can you move my furniture?
A: Yes, we will move your furniture at an additional fee.
Q: Will you dispose of my old flooring material?
A: Yes, we can dispose of your old flooring at an additional fee. In some cases, for special handling for certain types of material, ex: asbestos, a third party who specializes in this may need to be called in.
